Private Session with Kata – 60 min

Description

“Transform any blockages, doubts difficulties in your Life and get into a great Flow”. During a session with Kata you will work with the breath and with bringing awareness to things, layers and stories that have an influence on your life and creation. In doing so you can release what is not serving you anymore, what is limiting your growth and embrace the new, the fullness that is unique to You.

Duration: Approx. 60 min.
Trough Skype or in person (Amsterdam region)
Fee: € 60 euros/session.
When 3 or more sessions will be booked, package price is available upon request.

The private sessions can be:
– General Life coaching or Spiritual coaching
– Conscious Breathing – Healing Session.
– Prenatal (Baby connector, Pregnancy solidifier, Fertility support)
– Yoga and Breath (private classes for Flow or Yin Yoga and Meditation are available)
