Yummy Hot Yoga Retreat in Spain
Get the last chance to enjoy the sunny days, the warm rejuvenation of the long sunny days in the beautiful Spain this end September, treat yourself with daily hot yoga classes and loads of relaxing Me-time. Be nurtured by healthy and gorgeous meals prepared with love and care by our chef.

Deepen your yoga practice, learn new breathing & meditation techniques during our daily yoga classes (offered 2 times a day- but no obligation to participate, you can always choose to just chill) – and explore new things trough our special workshops (yin yoga, essential oils, conscious breathing) that bring you deeper balance and harmony.

3 daily healthy, mainly vegetarian, buffet meals including raw lunch are included in the price. You will also benefit from daily superfood juices and smoothies, unlimited tea / coffee, fruit and spring water.

Ian, the in house chef, will dazzle you with his extensive knowledge of cuisine made with great, fresh, local Spanish produce, happy to cater to individual allergies or preferences (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, etc.). Food is mainly vegetarian with seafood and some meat dishes included.

The Program
Join Soulbreath for a week to relax, to recharge your batteries with the last rays of late summer sun and this yummy yoga hot yoga retreat. Deepen your practice and give yourself time to explore new techniques and new depth in yoga, breathing, and awareness.

In this beautiful serene retreat center set in Andalusia near Malaga, Spain, you will be guided by experienced yoga teacher, coach, and therapist, Kata van Doesselaar, and her partner, Erno van Doesselaar who is a breath therapist, coach, and Yin yoga teacher. Participate in daily Hot yoga classic (Bikram style) classes with complementary Yin yoga classes, to stretch out and balance out the Hot yoga practice. We also offer special breathing & meditation, and essential oils mini- workshops. Enjoy delicious healthy meals (vegan and vegetarian optional: choose what is ideal for you), and excursion to magical blue lakes in this Malaga yoga retreat.

Course information
The retreat starts on 1st of August 2016. You have the option to arrive during the day, we will start our retreat together with a first Hot Yoga class in the late afternoon at 5 p.m. followed by a welcome diner. The retreat ends on 8 August in the morning, with an optional early morning class.

  • "I had never been on a Yoga retreat before so was not sure what to expect but the soulbreath hot yoga retreat was wonderful from beginning to end. The venue was stunning with great facilities, good bed and wonderful food. The Yoga platform on the top of the hill overlooking the valley is the most beautiful spot to practice and the pool, sauna and steam room provided so great relief after the intensive yoga. Kata and Erno’s classes were amazing. Great instruction with a real understanding of each of the participants needs. With their wonderful guidance I was able to further my practice but also explore new postures and even try other types of Yoga.
